Line Dance At Home – Monday 23rd March

Today is a little different as we have no dance class to go to, however, we should try to continue dancing, even if it’s in our own kitchen! Try to dance every day if you can, but at least once a week. It’s so good for you and it will help to lift your spirits and to keep up your practice so you don’t forgot all those routines that you’ve worked so hard to learn. Today our new dance was ‘Dance Monkey‘ choreographed by Alison Johnstone. This dance won a ‘Crystal Boot Award’.
