Line Dance News – October 2018
Another great month of line dancing this month. Read our newsletter to see details of our new dances!
We were delighted to be invited to the Caterham Parish Ladies Group who meet in the hall at St Mary’s Church in Caterham. We found ourselves ‘dancing in the dark’ literally, as the lights weren’t working but it added a certain ambiance and certainly didn’t dampen the enthusiasm of the lovely ladies to give line dancing a go. Angie Wells kindly baked cakes for the evening, so after working up an appetite we enjoyed the delicious cakes along with a nice cup of tea.
One of our dancers – Heather Bailey – found herself on London Bridge one sunny day with a flock of sheep – read the newsletter to hear her fascinating story.
If you enjoy a quiz, there are a couple in November being run by some of our dancers. Why not get together a team? More details are in the newsletter.
We have some class closures over the next 2 weeks due to half term and holidays – the dates are confirmed in the newsletter.
If you have a fun or interesting story, a delicious recipe, a book recommendation or some great holiday photos you would like to share with us, please let me know as it makes the newsletter so much more interesting 🙂
